Before you begin
Documents, fees and developer approval are part of every deal.
When are fees due?
Buyer fee 1.25% of contract value, only on completed transfer. Seller fee: no commission if you don't ask a premium over what you paid; with a premium it's set per deal.
How does the transfer work?
The contract is transferred officially with developer approval, after reviewing the remaining installments, obligations and transfer fees.
What do you review?
The property details, contract, payment receipts and financial position. Document review does not include an inspection of the physical condition.
