• التسجيل وعرض الوحدة مجانًا للبايع.
• المشتري بيدفع ١٫٢٥٪ من قيمة التعاقد، وبس لما نقل التعاقد يتم فعليًا.
• رسوم التنازل اللي بيطلبها المطور مش ضمن رسومنا.

الحاسبة وأي أرقام على الموقع استرشادية، ومش عرض ملزم ولا تقييم رسمي. الأرقام النهائية بتتحدد بعد مراجعة المستندات.

بتقر إنك صاحب التعاقد أو مفوّض قانونيًا، وإن البيانات والمستندات اللي بتقدمها صحيحة وكاملة. من حقنا نرفض أو نشيل أي عرض ما يعدّيش التوثيق.

نقل التعاقد بيخضع لشروط المطور وموافقته. بنساعدك في الإجراءات، لكن ما بنضمنش موافقة المطور ولا مدة معينة.

ما بنضمنش بيع الوحدة، ولا إيجاد مشتري، ولا الوصول لسعر معين.

الشروط دي بتخضع لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية.

• Registering and listing a unit is free for sellers.
• The buyer pays 1.25% of the contract value, only when the contract transfer is actually completed.
• Transfer fees charged by the developer are not part of our fee.

The calculator and any figures on the site are indicative, not a binding offer or a formal valuation. Final figures are set after the documents are reviewed.

You confirm that you hold the contract or are legally authorised, and that the information and documents you provide are accurate and complete. We may decline or remove any listing that does not pass verification.

Transfers are subject to the developer's terms and approval. We help with the process but do not guarantee the developer's approval or any timeline.

We do not guarantee that a unit will sell, that a buyer will be found, or any particular price.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
