Privacy Policy — Aqar Outlet
Last updated: 1 October 2026
Aqar Outlet (aqaroutlet.com) is a resale marketplace that connects unit owners directly with buyers, for units below market price with verified contracts. This policy explains what we collect, why, and who sees it.
What we collect
- What you type into the site's forms: name, mobile number, and email if you give one.
- If you are selling: developer, project, contract price, amount paid, and the developer's current price.
- If you are buying: available cash, comfortable instalment, areas and unit type.
- Basic technical data: the page you sent the request from and the site language.
- If you use the chat: your email, the conversation, and browser and device details.
- If you create an account or sign in by phone: your mobile number for SMS verification. A phone-only account does not require an email.
You can upload your contract and receipts to your private unit file through your account. During verification we ask for the contract, the receipts and the contract holder's national ID card, seen only by the verification team.
Why we use it
- To contact you about your request.
- To verify the contract and the real purchase price before any listing goes live.
- To match sellers with suitable buyers.
Who sees your data
The Aqar Outlet team, and the service providers that run the website and our request-management system, only as needed to operate the service. We do not sell your data or share it with brokers or developers for marketing. Unit details are shown to buyers only with your consent and without your name or number, and you can choose a private listing.
How long we keep it
For as long as your request is open. If it closes without a deal, we delete or anonymise your data within 12 months unless the law requires longer.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or stop us contacting you. Send the request through the chat on the site and write "privacy request".
Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date above.
